Shipping policy

The shipping time is an estimate based on the date the order is paid for, however the actual shipping time may take longer than expected due to invalid addresses or other causes.

Our delivery lead time is 3-4 business days domestically using Courier Guy & PAXI courier services.

If you chose:

 PAXI.(Standard Delivery)

Please enter your preferred PAXI point on the Address space bar when entering your shipping address.

NB: Please do not enter your residential or business address

Enter the name of the mall where the PAXI point is located e.g. Mall of Africa, Pep Home.  

The customer is advised to collect their parcel within 7 days of its arrival to the PAXI point.

Failure to do so will result in the parcel being returned to us in which you will be required to pay for another delivery,be aware that we will not accept the package back as a return refer to return policy for more information.

PAXI points are the following: All PEP Stores, TekkieTown Stores, Shoecity Stores

The Courier Guy. (Express Delivery)

Please enter a valid residential or business address of which you want the parcel to be sent to.

Do not follow any of the PAXI instructions provided if you chose The Courier Guy service.

NB: You are highly advised to enter your correct and valid contact details or credentials as it will not be our responsibility in case of a missed delivery or a delivery to a wrong place.
